Please be aware of the following email server policy:

1. Our servers do not accept messages with blank subject lines.

- Many viruses & spam servers generate messages without subjects.

- Simply title your message & our server will accept it.

2. Our servers do not accept messages larger than 10Mb.

- Large file attachments clog email servers & fill inboxes unnecessarily.

- FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is more efficient for large file transfers.

- We provide private FTP servers with ample storage space for large file transfers.

3. Our servers do not accept messages with executable file attachments.

- Many viruses are spread via email by sending themselves as an executable attachment.

- Please transfer the file via FTP, or zip the file before sending by email.
